Department of Radiography & Radiotherapy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University organized the annual CSR project, celebrating the world radiography Day (November 08) at Maduragama Prince College in Nikaweratiya, on 27th January 2018.
The student of intake 33, Department of Radiography & Radiotherapy was organized a charity event to celebrate world radiography day by mainly developed the library facility, provided various kind of Sinhala, Tamil and English books, Science Fiction etc… As well as they donated sports items and exercise books for their future studies.
Lecturers, staff and students (Intake 30,31,32,33,34) from the Department of Radiography & Radiotherapy, FAHS, KDU and principal, Staff and families of the students from the school were presented at the event. It was a wonderful function, with performance from the school student and speeches from the principal and a few staff members expressing their gratefulness for the valuable donation and gifts they received.
